I'm very pleased to announce my participation in the Artist in Residence program at the International Museum of Surgical Science (IMSS) in Chicago, a rich environment for deepening my artistic practice, and for creating a platform for connection around healing. IMSS is the perfect place to further develop and implement my series Mend, allowing us to reflect together on universal ideas of mending, restoration and adaptation. Please be on the look out for how you can contribute domestic objects for creative, non-functional mends to the project this spring, and for future exhibition details.

I am thrilled to be returning to Ragdale as an Artist in Residence in January 2023! Ragdale is such a special community, and my original stay there in 2007 was cut short with the early arrival of my son. I am looking forward to focused painting time, and quite honestly for someone else to oversee dinner!
